About the Job:

You'll be the inaugural member of our core tech team and will grow alongside it. Initially, your focus will be on product development, but your responsibilities will expand as our user community and internal team evolve. Over the next few quarters, you'll:

• Enhance our backend API to become a robust asset for access management, database interactions, and intensive computation.
• Construct the enterprise platform.
• Scale up our infrastructure and cloud orchestration.

As an engineer, your primary drive is to create something genuinely useful, prioritizing functionality over flashiness. You possess an insatiable curiosity for modern technologies and tools; for example, tools like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot are integral to your daily workflow. Your peers regard you as humble, always eager to learn regardless of your level of experience. This mindset propels you to actively seek community and user feedback, embracing constructive criticism to drive iterative improvements.

In summary, you're likely a great fit if you:

• Have either founded or plan to start a startup in the future.
• Spend more time processing GitHub notifications than emails.
• Possess expertise in backend development (with proficiency in FastAPI on Python, or Node.js otherwise), DevOps (with Docker as second nature), and frontend development (familiarity with React/NEXT.js). Experience in MLOps is a bonus.
• Have a track record of building enterprise-grade software products.
