Responsibilities And Duties
- Develop and take ownership of the front-end.
- Spend approximately one hour each week with customers to understand the impact of your work and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Influence our product strategy, design, and user experience with your customer insights and technical expertise.
- Contribute to shaping the engineering culture, fostering collaboration and innovation as we grow.
Qualifications And Skills
- Expertise in our tech stack: React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments prioritizing a bias for action.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to venture into starting your own startup are advantageous.
- Understanding of modern AI and ML technologies.
- Experience in building financial products is a plus, though not mandatory.
