Key Responsibilities:
- Fine-tune Language Learning Models (LLMs) to enhance the human-like capabilities of our digital workers.
- Develop systems for users to interact seamlessly with platform features through chat interfaces, leveraging NLP technologies.
- Lead the development and refinement of NLP and machine learning models for our digital workers.
- Spearhead R&D projects to elevate the capabilities of our existing solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and offer thought leadership in machine learning and NLP.
- Monitor system performance, optimize health, and strategize for scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a pivotal role focusing on machine learning and NLP.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Extensive proficiency in Python and familiarity with MLOps tools like MLFlow, along with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Strong expertise in Python back-end development, with a preference for experience with FastAPI.
