About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our voice AI stack. Our enterprise developer tool for creating voice AI agents is already in production at several customers, and we're dedicated to further enhancing its intelligence, robustness, and speed.

Mission

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the founding team to tackle the challenges associated with making voice AI agents smarter, more robust, and faster. You'll have the opportunity to apply the latest research in the field and conduct your own experiments to drive innovation in our voice AI technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead model training and finetuning processes.
  • Deploy and scale model inference at a massive scale.
  • Ship product updates daily while actively conducting research.

Tech Profile

  • Proficiency in LLM training and finetuning techniques.
  • Experience in applied AI research, particularly in the field of audio.
  • Preferred PhD or equivalent level of research experience.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as computer science, artificial intelligence, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in leading model training and finetuning processes.
  • Strong background in applied AI research, with a focus on audio technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct independent research.
