Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to product conversations and provide a strong technical voice in the development process.
- Build products and features that enhance the fundraising experience, focusing on ROI and understanding product/technical tradeoffs.
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Challenge yourself to learn and grow while supporting the growth of others.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework like React, coupled with solid HTML/CSS skills. Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is a plus.
- Strong execution as an engineer, balancing the need for quick iteration with sustainable system design.
- Deep interest in understanding product functionality and user interactions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
