The Impact:

As a senior member of our data-focused engineering team, you'll take ownership of projects from end to end, making crucial decisions with both technical and business implications. You'll enjoy autonomy over your projects while having the full support of the team when needed.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and innovate with JavaScript across the platform.
• Craft engaging user experiences in React and bolster them with a robust backend in Node.js.
• Investigate and troubleshoot any issues using our monitoring and logging tools, providing clear action items for resolution.
• Uphold our high technical standards by actively participating in code reviews and contributing to the interviewing process for new team members.
• Collaborate with the team to shape the roadmap, deeply understanding the needs of our customers.

Who You Are:

• You bring over 5 years of full-time software engineering experience to the table.
• You have a track record of building scalable, production-level applications.
• Proficiency in Node.js/JavaScript, React (or similar frameworks), Postgres (or similar relational databases), and MongoDB/NoSQL.
• You excel in communicating complex concepts and breaking down large solutions into manageable tasks.
• You can balance speed with precision, knowing when to move fast and when to take the time to get things right.
• You have a natural curiosity and stay updated on new technologies and emerging trends in the Fintech industry.

Extra Awesome:

• Experience in Finance/FinTech.
• Background in building data pipelines.
• Familiarity with payment rails such as ACH, RTP, etc.
• DevOps expertise with AWS, Cloudflare, and CI/CD tools.
